Audio/Visual Equipment

Audio/Visual equipment may be ordered from Eastgate Event Center and requires a seven (7) day reservation prior to the function. Please see list of equipment and prices. Damage to this equipment will be charged accordingly.

Decorations

Selected decorations may be brought in; however, the Event Center manager must approve all decorations prior to installation. Confetti, streamers and glitter are not permitted. Access to the banquet room prior to the event for decoration will be determined the week of the event and will be based on room availability. Decorations, valuables and gifts must be removed from the room at the conclusion of the event. The Event Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Banquet Bars

Last call at the bar is 12:30 a.m. The bar may close earlier at the discretion of management. Staff have discretion when to stop alcohol service to patrons. Any event with alcohol requires security at a rate of $20 an hour per 100 guests. Drink tickets are available for any event with minimum purchase 50 tickets.

Merlot, White Zinfandel or Chardonnay – $14.95 per bottle
